compresion fracture l1
hi am elis 37 yrs in march 28 i had a horse accident i felt and i had compresion fracture of my l1 i went to hospital kendall regional at miami florida and dr pablo aceval neurosergeon md performed surgery to me i have two bar with 8 scrubs in my back am been wearing a brace for 7 months but i still wondering myself if it was necesary to do surgery

From what you've said, you've had surgery and are now wondering whether it was necessary?
Only another neurosurgeon or doctor could tell you that, but I'm sure he wouldn't have performed it if he didn't think it was necessary at the time.
