Any recommendations for Dallas Physical Therapy locations?

Hi, I'm a newbie to this wonderful forum and after MRI, bone scan and CT scan, told I have an annular tear on the outer casing of L5-S1 disc. They suggest physical therapy, but UTSW med center is a long way from me. Anyone from Dallas area have any good experiences elsewhere or recommendations?
