Who would like to be my quit smoking buddy/support.
I have set a quit date for 09/01/09 using the patches. I would love to have a quit smoking buddy so we can give each other support.
If you are interested in being my quit smoking buddy and support please let me know.
I think having someone to go through this together would be very beneficial to me.

Hi Sharon,
I see you haven't gotten a respone yet, so I figured I'd send you one. Excellent decision to quit smoking. I quit over 13 years ago (4th time was the charm), but you could certainly chat/pm me if you need support. Just because I wouldn't be quitting with you doesn't mean I won't know what you are going through. In the meantime, if you find someone to quit with you, great, if not you can keep me in mind if you need someone to talk to. No matter what, you can do it!!

Just saw your post. It just so happens that Sept. 1 is my quit date. I set my surgery date today and told myself that the day after I set the date is the day I quit. So 1 September is it for me too.

DDD, Large herniated disk @ C4-5 with a 5mm osteophyte on the right side causing right foraminal stenosis, cord compression evident. Bi-lateral foraminal stenosis @ C5-C6 with no herniation or cord compression.
